Purchase Process and Important Information:
Consumer Rights and 7-Day Appreciation Period:
This Meatball No Egg Studio is part of the shopping system established by Mitber Trading Company, and sales are considered physical store sales. Therefore, there is no 7-day appreciation period, and unconditional returns or exchanges are not accepted, except when goods are damaged due to packaging or shipping.
Once we receive and confirm the goods, exchanges can be made without any additional costs.
All products are handmade and will closely resemble the items shown, but there may still be slight differences. If you have concerns, it is advisable to think carefully before making a decision.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order after placing it, please be sure to inform us before shipment. Once the product is shipped (after a tracking number is generated), any returns or refunds will incur costs. A cancellation fee of NT$500 will be directly deducted from the refund amount.
Product Confirmation Before Shipment:
Before shipping the product, we will contact you via our Facebook fan page and record a video of the product scheduled for shipment, showing the shooting time. Once both parties confirm acceptance, we will ship the product and generate a logistics tracking number.
If we are unable to contact you through the Facebook fan page, we will send the information via email. If the buyer does not respond, we will ship the product 3 working days after the information is sent.
Shipping Timeline:
The shipping timeline starts counting from the day after payment is made. We will notify the buyer about the pre-shipment inspection and provide a confirmation video within approximately 7 working days. Once confirmed, the product will be shipped on the same day or the next working day, along with a logistics tracking number.
Within Taiwan: Delivery will be made within 3 to 7 working days.
International shipping may vary depending on your location, and the time it takes for the purchased or exchanged products to reach you may differ.
Shipping Fees and Taxes:
For buyers purchasing a total of NT$5000 or more (inclusive), the shipping fees will be covered by us. However, there may be additional local taxes charged by the border control of your country/region to clear your goods.
This process occurs once your goods arrive in your country/region and the customs review the package. Local government taxes are not included in our free shipping service.
Shipping and Receipt:
The products will be sent via Chunghwa Post using sea, land, or air transport. After reaching the local country, they will be delivered according to the local post office's regulations. Upon receiving the product, you must confirm within seven days (counting from the day after the delivery date) whether it matches the original confirmation video. During this period, please ensure to keep the original packaging and the product intact.
Defects and Product Anomalies:
Please inspect the product within seven days of receipt. If you find any unacceptable defects that require an exchange or return, you must notify us and, with mutual agreement, return the product in its original packaging, providing tracking information. If you intend to return or exchange the product after seven days of receipt, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
The return or exchange process will begin once we receive and confirm the returned product.
Returns and Exchanges:
If the return or exchange of items has been processed with mutual agreement, it is recommended to use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. If the goods are lost during the return shipping process, resulting in our inability to recover the returned items, we will not provide refunds or exchange services.
If we agree to refund for damages that occur to the returned product during shipping, the maximum amount will be NT$1500.
Shipping Fees for Returns and Exchanges:
The shipping fees and other costs incurred during the process of the buyer returning items to the seller must be borne by the buyer. We will cover the shipping fees for sending items to the buyer.
Returned Items by Shipping Carrier:
If the products sold by us are returned by the shipping carrier or customs during the shipping process, we will attempt to resend them, and the shipping costs will be covered by us.
If items sent to the buyer's address are returned to us due to the buyer not picking them up, we will contact the buyer upon receiving the items, and the shipping fees for the resending will be paid by the buyer after notification.
