If you need to provide repair services, you need to contact us in advance and provide photos of the damage and a complete picture of the product. We will make a preliminary assessment of the repair costs and send them to our studio after mutual agreement.
After the goods are properly packaged, please provide reliable shipping and tracking codes. If the goods are lost during delivery, we will not provide any compensation.
After we receive the goods, we will estimate the actual value according to the condition of the goods. After notification and both parties agree to repair, we will repair and return the goods. The return freight and possible additional costs of the goods will be borne by the buyer.
